I can use its underside mesh for skyrim map, in theory everything should be fine (with FWMF winning evlas esp ofc). for other worldspaces users suppose to generate their own meshes so its a question to sheson if they would like to add FWMF nodes to generation.
He is right, it is EVLAS. It is because EVLAS modifies the sun angle so that if it is behind a mountain, the entire area will be covered in shadows, and anything outside of the shadow distance won't be. It also breaks complex grass during sunrise and sunset. I don't know why people insist on using it for their presets when it breaks ENB's features.

Skyrim may inadvertently change your refresh rate to 60Hz when launching. Try using exclusive fullscreen mode instead of borderless windowed, or vice versa. You could also try disabling the 60Hz mode in your graphics card driver's control panel, thereby forcing Skyrim to use the higher refresh rate mode.
